Good pizza at a fair price. No complaints here.
Out of all the fast pizza in town love this one the most. Best price as well. DEEP DEEP DISH is great at a great price. Friendly workers. And have gotten free things for there mistakes.
Had to wait 22 minutes for a deep dish pizza that they said would be ready in 4-5 minutes. They didn't apologize for the wait till, offer any kind of discount on my next order nothing just there u go. I timed them after I parked as they instructed and it was a 22 minute wait exactly. That was pure ridiculous and very unprofessional of them to not offer something for me waiting so long. Hell even Sonic will give u coupons for free cherry limeades if u have to wait over 5 minutes. I won't be going back to little Caesar!!!!
Staff was rude, the products was cold and it was not what we ordered so we called to complain. We brought the untouched portion of the product back the fallowing day as requested and the Manager was totally unwilling to work with us on a resolution. So I am telling everyone I know to stir clear of this place. Fast? yes but what you get is not what is advertised and the staff and the manner we have been treated will never be forgotten. I am an every Friday customer. that's the bread an butter client and you lost this one.
This place has great pizza. The service however is lacking. Hot and Ready is rarely neither Hot not Ready! Anything you have to order and wait on you are generally told 10 to 15 minutes. 20 plus minutes later you might get your order delivered to your car. Most times I end up drivi g back through and there sets my order, ready just not delivered.
